Who is eligible for the program?

The program is looking for young leaders between the age of 25-40 within six main sectors:

  • Academia

  • Business

  • Culture

  • NGOs

  • Politics

  • Public sector

We aspire to put together a diverse group regarding gender, ethnicity and experience, 8-10 participants from Sweden and 8-10 participants from Estonia.  Each participant is an individual with proven leadership skills, high level of integrity, commitment to learning and to build international relations. Proficiency in English is a requirement.
