Who is eligible for the program?

The program is looking for young leaders from Uppsala and Tartu regions between the age of 25-40 within six main sectors:

• Academia

• Business

• Culture

• NGOs

• Politics

• Public sector

We aspire to put together a diverse group regarding gender, ethnicity and experience, 8-10 participants from Uppsala region in Sweden and 8-10 participants from Tartu region in Estonia.  Each participant is an individual with proven leadership skills, high level of integrity, commitment to learning and to build international relations. Proficiency in English is a requirement.
