About Particpants

The programme selects 20 high-potential leaders — 10 from Uppsala and 10 from Tartu — aged 25–40, representing academia, business, culture, NGOs, politics, and the public sector. Participants are either already in leadership positions or identified as future leaders within their organisations.

Thanks to the commitment and support of our sponsors and project partners, participation in the programme is free of charge, ensuring equal access and a merit-based selection process.
