Sweden–Estonia Young Leaders Program 2026 Kicks Off

On Tuesday April 21 the Sweden-Estonia Cooperation Fund held the kick-off meeting for the Sweden–Estonia Young Leaders Program (YLP) 2026, where program managers Anna Ljungdell and Janar Sutt introduced this year’s participants to the program and its content.

Established in 2022, YLP is organised by the Sweden-Estonia Cooperation Fund and funded by SEB and Swedbank. Since its inception, around 80 carefully selected participants have completed the program. This year, we welcome 20 new leaders, bringing the Sweden–Estonia YLP network to nearly 100 members.

The first session will take place in Stockholm in mid-May, followed by the second session in Estonia in early October.
